High Standard AKs worth the money/time?

I ordered a High Standard AK (Hungarian part kit) from Atlantic Firearms.. I bought this rifle out of impulse and because Im an AK addict. Ive read mixed reviews mainly from the early IAC days. I havent read many about their new builds and was wanting some personal opinions. I understand it is a "cheaper" AK and I own Chicoms, Arsenals, WASRs and everything in between so I wont be too surprised with some minor imperfections. So if any owners out there got their honest opinions lets hear them!

When I got mine the front sights were damaged and unusable. Other than that, no issues. I have heard of other owners having this issue with the front sights being bent up or damage in some way though.

Atlantic has good customer support though (in my experience) so hopefully if you have any issues they can sort them out for you.

I just became interested in these kits, but it seems like its not worth it because of all the equipment needed to do a decent job.
