Hk 416 value?

I found an original Hk 416 upper 14.5” with original bcg, buffer weight, and buttstock for sale.

1.) What’s this thing worth? I can’t find any others for sale to compare with. All I can find is the MR556.

2.) is this thing even legal to own?

If I remember correctly HKParts.com had some milsurp 416 uppers for sale earlier this year. They wanted something stupid for them, but I can't remember the exact price. Enough I thought it was stupid but apparently people still bought them because they aren't listed anymore

That sounds about right

Way to much for only an upper. A used milsurp upper at that.
