So far they haven't charged the home owner with the weed. In WA state you can grow something like a dozen plants legally for personal use.

We don't have any indications what was in the house was illegal in WA.

In any event, druggies aren't much better at doing "no knocks" than the average narcotics team, any one of us could be the victim of a wrong house robbery by multiple assailants.

In any event, a bunch of would be home invaders have been shot, thats a good thing no matter how it's sliced up.
