HOULDING matched upper and lower set?

Was cleaning up and came across this set and cannot remember where I got it, or find any info on it.
Anyone have any experience with this company? Seems they made some high end ARs then poof gone...
Need to see if it's worth building or passing on on the equipment exchange...lol
