How do I check status of my form 1 done online??

I probably just need to wait longer, but I was wondering how I can check on the status of the Form 1 SBR I did on-line back on July 8th?
From what some of the dealers have told me recently, wait time for on-line form 1 SBR's have been around 6-8 weeks.
Any way to check on it? It's been 10 weeks now...
I thought about calling, but wanted to ask on here first.

I also have a form 4 (suppressor) that was mailed in on July 5th, but I'm not really expecting to see it until Christmas time or after.

For reference, I submitted a form 1 on 3-29-2016 and just got the email on Friday (two days ago). I think you may be a little early on your estimation.

Oops, I just re-read your post. I just assumed you were speaking of an e-file. Yes, I got an email with a pdf form and stamp. Mine was an E-file though.

The one before this one took 4 months to the day. It seems that after the new rules, things came to a screeching halt.

6-8 weeks? I wish. I have not seen that fast of a time frame in over two years.

More like 6-8 months in the current situation. 41F really overloaded the system.

I e-filed an SBR Form 1 back on April 22, 2016. Still not approved.

If you e-filed, you just log into the ATF website that you used to file. On the left hand side, it'll say submitted / pending and under that will say Form 1. When it's approved, it'll change and say "approved" there. You'll also receive the email with the tax stamp.
