Wasn't that a little hard on the jeans?

We were making a road trip back to Indiana, just came through St. Louis. I believe we were around Troy IL when we were passed by a guy on a bike and his jacket was up a little from the wind and what not. His pistol was OWB, just wonder what everyone else thought has he passed them or if they even noticed

Would you trust a glock 19 in a crossbreed supertuck to not fall out when riding... I mean, it should work... but what if it fell out. Id cry/ be in deep ****.

Are you doing jumps or riding off-road or something? A properly designed holster will not allow the firearm to fall out even if you are doing those things.

BTW, the Tail of the Dragon is an awesome place to ride...I did it on my pedal bike several times, it was awesome.

Ive just never done it and I figured the wind or whatever might influence it... Ill have to give it a try in the spring.

Same as my usual OC, Glock 22 in a Blackhawk Serpa Paddle holster.

However, I've sometimes thought that I need a left hand holster and practice more on my left-handed shooting. Its easier than moving the throttle to the left side!

If I needed to use my gun I wouldnt be moving on the bike lol. It would be so hard with gloves jacket riding pants helmet etc. WHILE trying to ride. If im in that situation im just going to peg the throttle and pray they are a bad shot.

I usually carry mine in my saddle bag. Don't like the idea of my firearm doing anymore impact damage to me than I'm already going to get. Still close at hand if needed.

If the Lone Ranger can do it on Silver, we should be able to do it on the "Iron Pony." :):

When my wife & I rode our gold wing to Colorado & back, ( 3083 miles ) I carried my 38 special in a glove in my trunk. At night, I would take it to our motel room. Now, I carry in my pocket when riding down life's highway.

When riding the Harley...Kahr PM9 rides on my side with shirt untucked. When really hot Kahr P380 rides in the back pocket in a wallet holster.

I really like bucky623's carry method.....I am not that brave, I carry mine on my ankle or in a shirt that i have that has a elastic holder to hold the gun under my arm....
