I wanted to reach out to my INGO experts for a question. I purchased 2 suppressors from my local dealer. The dealer printed out my form to send in. When I got home i filled out and dated my Forms and finger print cards. Then life happened! My wife who is 45 got very sick and we found out she has colon cancer. After surgery, we found out last week she has a spot on her liver after a PET scan. Started chemo this past Monday. Sorry for rambling and I will get to the point.

It's been 5 months since I purchased the suppressors.
Is there a certain amount of time that I have to send my Form 4 and $200 tax to the ATF?
Do I need to redo the Form 4 paperwork and fingerprint cards with the current date?

I don't want to be one of those guys getting Form 4's rejected for something stupid. Thanks for any help!
