Try to find a CASE brand MOON STICK(ceramic rod); use it on a reg. basis to keep the edge...there is a SKILL to sharpening a dull knife be very selective who you turn it over to or practice on cheapos to learn yourself. Good intentions can ruin a good blade.

The best piece of information I have learned in sharpening is really easy. THE BUR MEANS EVERYTHING.
