No vacuum in this case. He left the country to his VP who's been running things since he took sick. He designated Maduro as his successor, so there's no power vacuum. My guess is that he returned to Venezuela to die. He had a "pelvic cancer". To me that screams colon or the like. Almost always fatal. I do hope they get to have fair elections sometime in the near future and that they'll abandon this socialist nonsense he foisted on the, It's done a great deal of harm to that country. Don't necessarily want to see them in bed with us, but freed up with working free markets and property returned to its rightful owners.
