Congrats!!! Fired one a couple months ago and picked up my first one a month later. Got to break her in last weekend. Love the Mosin and know I will have more of them! Congrats again and enjoy

I love my girl. Just put a scope on her. I removed the rear sight and put dovetail mounts on with locktite.

After some research with my sons and the interwebthingy, I have come to the conclusion that she is a dragoon from Izhevsk 1928 and had a upgrade done in the Ukraine at a russian facility (date unknown). To think, some poor s.o.b. had to fight a war with this thing.
This thing has more stamps and cartouches than Tut's tomb. COOL!
