I never thought I would, but I bought a GLOCK!!! As an XD fan, it seemed so wrong to buy it, but the price was right. I always looked at Glocks as too mainstream. By mainstream, I mean a Glock seems like the gun that people with only one gun would have. However, I guess I see why.

I looked at a Glock 27 a little over 2 years ago and didn't like it, but when I picked one up over the weekend, I had to buy it. It seems like a really nice and compact carry gun. The only problem I have with it is that I have to add the small magazine extension to make it fit my hand better.

Would it be fair to say that owning a Glock and an XD is similar to liking both Purdue and IU? I never thought it was possible.

I'm a glock guy and have had my eye on the XD to add to the collection. Very different, but both seem to be high quality firearms...but I'll never like IU.

Same here as far as liking IU is concerned. Boiler Up!!

I like the XDM for it's better ergonomic grips than Glocks, but I'm getting a Glock for all the aftermarket options
