icefishing weather

Are there any other icefisherman that are sick of this weather?!

I have been wanting to try it. My mother lives on fish lake in laport and I got a ice shack from my grandfather but no ice.

I personally love the warmer weather, but I do have a couple of customers in Wisconsin that build Snowmobile trailers and they are hating it. It's starting to cost me some money, so I too am hoping for a cold snap.

Not looking good for ice this year... long range forecast has lots of up and down in it... We need a good solid week with temps not out of the 20's to get some good ice going.

Oh well. We have a good one last year.

We just got up to northern Wisconsin this afternoon. I am surprised to see all of the ice fishing going on. We had basically ruled icefishing out based on the weather, but things seem to be froze over. Not sure if I trust it yet....

First time we are questioning getting out on the lakes in December up here.

It does not look like we will be getting out. Not going to be able to fit it in, which is not a big deal since its not that much of a priority for me when we are up here.

Now, just hoping to keep the fresh snow coming to make the trails better for the sleds.

Every time the temp. starts to dip and I think we're going to start getting some ice around here, it ends up raining the next day.
