Just because he is charged with it still doesn’t prove there isn’t a way to do it like stated above. (Not defending this guy) but would like to promote 18-20 yo’s that are in their right mind and responsible to protect themselves.

Yep, I didn't say HE was carrying legally, just that an 18 yr old could legally own and carry a handgun in KY and some other states. KY allows permit less OC for 18 and over, and they also recognize all other states licenses. So an 18 yr old from IN with a LTCH could legally carry concealed there but not a 18 yr old KY resident.

In that age group, I knew quite a few that operated nuclear power plants, and high tech weaponry.
Granted. And thank God for them. But were they sane?
And on that we agree. Sometimes I feel pretty dumb. Until I look around.
