    All modern Marlins eject out of the right side and have a solid/flat top on the action. It has been a trademark of theirs for years.....:@ya...<><Duce

    Marlins eject out the side. Check out their website for the various models., I suggest you buy one off Gunbroker as your best bet. I have 2 1894s in 44M and absolutely love them.

    Winchester 94s eject out the top, they also have an angle-eject version that is what you want if you plan putting a scope on a levergun (doing that is a mortal sin).
