You both say you have drawn a line as to what legislation you will follow. You see no problem with snitching. So you won't have a problem when someone snitches on you?

How many times do I have to remind you that I have said no such thing. For at least the 3rd time, all I said is that the snitch is NOT the one responsible. If you believe that to be true, you can not even argue against gun control because you must certainly believe guns kill people. Good Lord.

Doesn't the TEC 9 have a screw in handle towards the left side, I seem to recall. Would that make it legal or iligal?

The law only states that there cannot be a forward vertical grip. If it's just a screw then it's legal, until you add a grip. The Magpul AFG1 & 2 was ruled by the BATFE to be legal because the law states the grip must be vertical, and the AFG is angled.

Careful in my presence, I've recently been informed that I'm a freedom hating snitch.

Snitch on me for what? If I were to have anything questionable, nobody would know because I'm not dumb enough to put it on Armslist. Also, if you even bother to read what I say, I never said I called/emailed/"snitched". I emailed him, told him the problem. He changed it after, I'm assuming, he read about nfa rules. You obviously have never had somebody ruin a good thing for everybody by being a dumbass. For all you our anyone knows that guy could have been the straw on Armslist's back. What if the seller was ATF? That could be catastrophic down the line for private sales. But I guess you don't really care because you have your fancy ffl and can buy from wherever.
And as far as lines being drawn you certainly can't read between them in terms of what we're implying.

The forward grip on a pistol is a no no.

I don't know much of anything about the rules and regulations pertaining to these types of firearms (primarily because I've never really been that interested in them). But that is the most ignorant law I have ever heard of. A forward grip? Seriously? Because that makes the weapon so much more.....? Coming up blank here.

The lack of intellect of the group that passed that as a law..... :noway:

Anyone have any idea of the thought process behind this being banned? I have a pitch fork that has a forward handle down near the business end... perhaps our law makers should address this as well. It makes it look so much more menacing.

So what if the grip was attached? That's his error and possible problem.

Saving the stupid from themselves..........well he already bought a Tech 9..............

I wouldn't have wasted the effort.

Where did you get the impression that I have a ffl?

I'm not the ATF or anyone's personal police. If someone is doing something wrong, it is between them and whatever governing authority. I'm not going to threaten anyone with contacting ATF over unconstitutional laws. Should all guns be banned, I don't want anyone reporting me so why would I go around reporting others. I don't have anything illegal but that could change at the stroke of the pen. We constantly harp that guns don't cause crime, people do. Now how can an evil pistol grip on a handgun cause us to lose our rights? Should posession of an object be a crime or is using the possession to cause violence to others the crime?

I know nobody likes the Godwin's law argument but I see our society heading that direction. If we're willing to throw a good citizen under the bus to protect ourselves, how far are we willing to take it? In my opinion, possession of an nfa item should not be a crime. Shall not be infringed doesn't mean I should have to seek permission to exercise that right. I have an ltch. I'm not going to snitch on someone who carries without one in a perceived notion that it will protect my right. Why would I snitch on someone for an unjust law?

So if you remount the forward grip so it sticks out sideways, thus making it horizontal, does that make it legal?

I am new here, but what I got from all of this is that, if we all dont like the gun law's we have now, why would we want to give the Lib's anymore ammo to fuel their quest on more gun law's? In other words if someone is doing something on armslist thats against the law now, why not inform them of that to keep them from adding fuel to the lib's fire?

100% compliance won't satiate the anti gunners.

Def snitch on someone not breaking the law but doing something you perceive as "almost" breaking the law. (Sarcasm)
