Increased security level in Indy?

I have noticed over the last few days that security around Indianapolis has seemed to have been increased. I saw a lot more police at the airport yesterday than normal and have also seen a lot more downtown at about every corner near and around the State House. Anybody know of a special guest in town or an increase in security for another reason? The basketball tourney was last week?

Seems a little early for that, but I won't be surprised if there is a big amount of police around on the 15th for that.
