Hello and welcome to INGO. I don't know specific laws for Ohio, but I do know what they don't reciprocate with Indiana. If you have an Indiana LTCH, it doesn't do you any good in Ohio.

There are quite a few conversations about carrying in Ohio. Understand first, when looking at the 4 states that we border, an Indiana LTCH is NOT honored by Ohio or IL but it is honored by Michigan and Kentucky. But just because a state honors our LTCH does not mean that you can carry in the same places, and in the same manner, as you do in Indiana. You need to look up the state laws for each state to which you travel.

A conditional yes. Yes, if you have a Florida license.

Get a Florida license and you are gtg.

You cannot carry in Ohio with only a Indiana License To Carry Handgun (LTCH.)
