    No, this is something I believe as having passed tens of NICS checks yet being prohibited from obtaining an LTCH based on the proper person definition in state law.

    I guess it's better said then since you have a LTCH doesn't mean you can pass a NICS check and just because you can pass a NICS check doesn't mean you can get a LTCH

    ... And this demonstrates just how ludicrous the whole system is. NICS checks and IN LTCH checks do NOTHING to make any of us any safer. To the contrary, they make us LESS SAFE by making it more difficult (and expensive) to exercise our natural, God-given right to defend ourselves on equal terms with criminal predators who don't give a **** about gun laws.

    Why in the hell is this so difficult for so many to understand?
