    Amazing. Well, not really, considering the usual stances by most of the senate. Rand Paul introduced a bill that would have required the FDA to get warrants prior to raiding farms and food establishments and would have prevented them from carrying firearms. Nothing bad here, but Indiana's senators, in their infinite wisdom, chose to stand against it. Business as usual. Kudos to the 15 who know right from wrong.

    I imagine this'll come before the supreme court at some point, like introducing due process into the EPA during that EPA vs the Idaho couple case.

    Historically the criminal law was intended to punish only the most horrible offenses that everyone agreed were inherently wrong or evil, offenses like rape, murder, theft, arson – but now we’ve basically federalized thousands of activities and called them crimes.

    He's right...
