INGO owned or staffed businesses

I tend to do most of my business online, but when I have to pay sales tax I try to use local business. Is it possible to compile a list of INGO owned or staffed businesses so I know who friendly local merchants are? I wanted to clear this with the admin crew first to make sure that this doesn't conflict with the advertising strategy. This is your sandbox so I try to play by your rules.
