UTE2 upper on a mid-length gas 16" fixed A2 sights and maybe a KAS or similar quality forearm.

INGO mil-spec lower including a nice grip that can be sourced for cheap in volume/and has INGO logo embossed into the grip.

yep, I'm thinking i like the INGO stamped lower and use it to build my own. Keep it on the down low for those of us a tight budget.
