Intex Excursion 5. Yes or No?

Been looking into getting this. Around $125 on amazon. Its inflatable but reviews well. Id be using this at Summit lake and small ponds. Like the motor idea. Will i have to register it? Fishing and taken the kids out pretty much sums up what im goin for.

I owned something similar many years ago. It was difficult to navigate if there was much wind at all.

I've never been to Summit, but I hear that it is quite windy.
