So these are becoming a big problem with me as of late. I'm logged in, creating a post and after spending a good 5-10 minutes on it, I hit Submit and it says I'm logged out and need to log in again. I log in and it refreshes my post screen, but all I'm getting is a blank white screen. I refresh it and it takes me to the thread I supposedly posted in, and it's not there.

So essentially I say screw it and decide not to type it all out again.

What is the issue here? My computer? The site's server? It's starting to **** me off. I know it takes an extra second, but I don't want to have to copy my entire post and try again once I log back in. :dunno:

Only thing I can think of is have you used the "Remember Me" check box?

That has happened to me as well if I take my time on a post.

it will happen if you dont check the "remember me" box. has something to do with your IP address changing.

Happens to me every once in a while, but I think it's related to my wireless U-Verse internet connection, as opposed to the site itself.

I don't know if it's the computer your using or your ISP. I had the same problem on glocktalk but never had it happen here. So I don't think it's a problem with the site, maybe your ISP? Just a guess.

I believe it has more to do with browser cookies. You are assigned a static IP address from your ISP (most anyway). Clicking the remember me box when you log in should take care of it and not let your session "time out".

I don't think that's it. I log on and hit remember me when I'm not going through PersonalVPN and when I switch to PersonlVPN it keeps me logged in with the new IP. I switch back and forth many times without logging out.
