Irish Fest - Downtown Indy

Went there today with some friends. For those who don't know its in Military Park in downtown Indy, with this being the 14th one. I had a blast. Stuffed myself with shepards pie, bread pudding, fish and chips, and washed it all down with a cold glass of Smithwicks. anyone else go today or plan on going tomorrow or sunday?

Irish Fest

We're running the Kilted Mile on Sunday, me and the three boys at 2:00 PM. We go every year, great food and bands going all day.

We went to it last year. I wasn't impressed. It seemed like it was mostly booths selling Irish souvenirs, except the junk they were selling was just what Americans think is Irish, not stuff you actually see in Ireland. The food and the beer were OK, but overpriced.
