Is Dennis A. Todd A Reputable Seller for AR Parts?

Been looking for some AR parts that apparently this guy has a lot of. I haven't heard of this guy but he goes to gun shows in the states of VA and PA, but I haven't ever heard of him and it's a little difficult to find reviews. Anybody have any experience with this guy or have bought anything from him?
