When I say "simply"... the way I understood it is that he watched porn. The porn featured underage people. This is a simple thing to do, rather than go out and create said porn. There are already deep, dark, sick people out there that take care of that task.

Without digging into all the evidence, I just thought Jared watched child porn. If he recorded it, or created it, or funded it's creation... that's a different story. If he just watched it (or possessed it)... that's just a crappy, depraved lifestyle and he should do the time for the crime.
