Unless it's USGI Issue ammo in an unopened box, no.

I have seen unopened boxes of older USGI ammo go for quite a bit.

I have some old paper shotgun shells that make my cabinet look good stacked in the corners,
They're likely worthless but I like to see them there.
What somebody would give you for it vs what it would take for you to let go is anybody's guess,
but having been your grandad's I'd say it wouldn't do to let it go.
