Little known INGO fact: each ISP P227 will have a different action pose of Ron Cohen doing Krav Maga in his IDF uniform and each trooper will be able to select his unique rainbow color scheme for his pistol.

    I hadn't heard of the 227 before. Basically a .45 ACP 226. Holds 10 instead of the 8 of the 220.

Man those guys change pistols more than anyone else in the world. Even with the good trade in they get it is still expensive. You have to figure in leather, ammo, training ect. Crazy IMO. Pick a damn gun, stay with the flipping things and quite wasting money. A weapon choice is not real complicated.

Sometimes I feel so....inadequate...I have no idea what this means.

If Glock made a reliable pistol these days, we wouldn't be changing again.

SHOULD have just kept their G17 platforms (That they got after they gave up on the G22s that wouldn't perform well enough with weapon lights mounted...)

The Gen 4 G17's purchased by ISP for the new recruit classes were junk, which prompted the change to the G21's, which also turned out to be junk.

To set the record straight we had to change out ALL of our magazines to the guns to run with the weapon light mounted........it was a pain
