There's such a huge variety in Scotch whisky, there's usually something for everyone. The lighter, sweeter speysides to the heavy, complex, peaty, smoky Islays and every shade in between.

I'm getting thirsty.....

there is just something about the good harsh bite of a nice whiskey that I love, not a burn like tequila or vodka, and not something you turn your nose up at like the 100 proof rums and flavored stuff.
