    Looking to sell to someone who can't buy one at a gun store is my guess since they felt it important to mention that it was never registered. I guess a willingness to potentially commit a felony drives the price up.

    Location says Washington and Post... so I'm guessing Pop's. You got the right idea though!


    I'll have to start mentioning that my guns aren't registered too (if I'd ever sell any), and maybe throw in a few extra clips. My wife has about 100 clips in the bathroom, I even find them in the dryer sometimes!

    By register he may mean the 4473 and background check, but I'm hoping he actually means "register" because you don't "register" anything.
    That wouldn't work as the seller states, "I purchase new from store". Which store does not do a F4473?
