I’m glad to hear that, I always figured he was a pretty decent guy. He always seemed so happy.I was at a small pub in central Florida and he walks in, sits down with us because we were drinking Beck's beer. We talked and drank for hours. He was that kind of guy.
I will miss him.
I started reading it but couldn't finish it when I realized that his was the life I should have been pursuing all along. He lead quite a storied life. His book, "A Pirate Looks at 50" is really good.
One of the rare few that died while he lived.A real blow to us laidback types. Just came in for brunch and wife and I saw the news. My last concert at Deercreek. He will be missed around here. RIP Jimmy. You’re now Released from Indenture.
A true poet.
