I purchased this Kahr CM9 new last fall. I took it to the range and put no more than 50 rounds through the gun without failure of any kind. I purchased an extended 7 round magazine which has been used during the one trip to the range. Six and seven round mags included. I have a pocket Uncle Mike's holster that I'll include as well.
