VXTIP says "Trigger feels smooth, a bit shorter than the pf9's trigger pull, it has a clear breaking point." in another recent post.

The trigger compared to other sub compact / pocket 9mm is one of the main reasons why I bought my CM9. It is really smooth, longer than a Glock but compared to a Ruger LC9 it is leaps and bounds better IMHO. The best true DAO trigger I have shot.

Like other have said, long smooth trigger pull. What I did not like, compared to the Glock, was the long reset and it was not very distinct.

I agree that is the one negative, it took a little getting use to when going from my glock to shooting the kahr.

Anyone have any experience with the MK40? That is the one I have my eye one.

Not the MK40, but the K40, which is very smooth. Really though, I can't tell much, if any, difference between the K40 and my CW9. IMHO, Kahr triggers are all about the same, depending on how many rounds have been fired. More rounds = smoother trigger.

Had my CW9 out at the range this afternoon.. The pull is fairly long, but smooth and has a nice break. Like a few others have mentioned, the reset is long. I actually failed to let the trigger reset about 3 or 4 times, but it was my first time out with this one..

Easy to do if you are treating it like a DA/SA trigger. The Kahr is DAO which means that you have a full length pull with each shot. Don't try the short reset. It is almost impossible to feel.
