Our poor neighbors to the West....wanting a new 380 Glock
Legal in Kalifornia?
-------------------------
Glock has never built a pistol with a magazine disconnect and, these days, the loaded chamber indicator has to be on top of the slide not part of the extractor. Both are required in California.
Bottom line: I don't expect to see them in California. Gen 4s aren't available either.
Looking very quickly at the approved handguns, I didn't see a .380. The Walther PPK was always a good choice but it's off the list. The Ruger LCP is a great little gun but it isn't approved. Kahr doesn't seem to make a .380 that is approved.
