No response from anybody. I figured I was wasting my time... oh well.

This seems to be the norm for businesses now. I was taught that every customer was entitled to a response, no matter what the complaint. I would have more respect for them, just replying to my concern. It really doesn't matter if they tell you what you want to hear or not, you are still entitled to a response.

Now all the robber's know where to go without any problems....... I hate old navy anyway!

Can we post a list of national chain stores that do not allow CC and put it in a sticky. Would be a quick reference for everyone where and where not to shop?
