I see the manager of Kodiak Firing Range, Eugene Clingenpeel thinks all new owners of firearms should take training.

Where it state in the 2nd Adment that the owners need training?

I think training is mandatory....I'm not too keen on making laws to that effect, though.

I saw that on lasts night news. I enjoy shooting at Kodiak and speaking to the staff. Next time I go there I may just bring this up to them. Most of the employees and training staff there have spent time in the army or Marines so I suppose training is second nature to them. Also keep in mind that they are selling training classes there. Mandatory training would be a huge boon to Kodiaks business.
