Laminate Encore stock set

I finally found a deal on an Encore frame for the 357 Max barrel I ordered from Bellm TC. The gun is for my wife and she wants a thumb hole stock. Has anyone ordered from Encore and Contender replacement stocks and pistol grips ? Was originally thinking about a camo synthetic set but the laminate is quite attractive. What brand would you recommend?

If you don't mind doing some sanding and finish work check out Gunstocks, Inc - Semi-Finished Gun stocks made from the finest woods they have laminated in several colors, or walnut factory style, I just bought and finished one for my Contender, and doing a thunmb hole and forend for my Encore now. Very nice and affordable if you don't mind doing some work.

Has your wife ever shot a rifle with a thumbhole stock? When putting up that kind of cash, I wouldn't want to make a mistake. I personally cannot thumbhole-stocked rifles very well. It's frustrating because I like the look. Grr...

She has a thumb hole Knight Muzzy and loves it. You make a good point though.
