It appears to be a SCW Mosin, it's the correct year, it's in the correct s/n range, it appears to be un-refurbed and has a spanish replacement cleaning rod.

Looks like 2013 is going out on a hi note

Cool - Gunbroker pics seem to show the screwed in sling escutheons which would be correct - can't tell if the rear sight is pinned or not - doesn't look like the stock had any heavy sanding - is the MP8 Flaming Bomb cartouche seen?
