This reminds me of schools in Indiana letting a company come in and give the students catalogs for them to go door to door to promote and sell their products. The only difference is where the funds are coming from and that it's a political act.

By the way, the funds for this atrocity are coming from the money allocated for "California Covered" which is the program designed to set up the Obama care insurance exchanges.
