    CANNOT be 5.56 NATO.

    I'd prefer 62-ish grainers, slightly heavier is OK.

    1:8 twist rate.

    I can also consider 55gr stuff. I presume since it's more plentiful that it'll be cheaper?

    Brass-cased, factory new.

    Hunting-quality ammo - coyotes. Don't know if that means JHP or SP would be better. Or even some of the lighter grains with the polymer tips?

    Links would be fantastic!

    If you are looking for a high quality and reliable hunting round in .223 for Coyotes.....I would suggest the Hornady 55gr V-Max loading. Link below.....

    Hornady Manufacturing Company :: Ammunition :: Rifle :: Choose by Caliber :: 223 Rem :: 223 Rem 55 gr V-MAX®

    You can Google that and someone should have it online. And this is a true .223 round.........NOT a 5.56 round.

    Here, let me Google that for you.....

    Works fantastic in my Ruger American.

    Gunbot! Wow! Thanks, all.

    I had a load of stuff from PSA in my "cart" yesterday. Didn't buy. Glad I didn't, as it was 5.56 and not .223.
