If a class 3 dealer has a sales representative that works for his company, does this representative have the legal right to take suppressors from the shop to the range to show a prospective customer? Also, as a representative of the shop, can this representative overnight store the class 3 item in his safe or must it be returned to the shop each day? If the representative had a signed letter from the SOT, would that make a difference? Just wondering. Thanks in advance. :ingo:

Yes, as an employee, you are authorized to possess the Class 3 stuff that your company owns. I don't believe you would legally need a letter, but it would probably be a good idea to have along with the paperwork.
