Heck, the article I found on HuffPost spells it out:
'Breaking Bad' Meth Lab Toy... Lego It Ain't (PICTURES)

The site is at pains to point out the $250 (£160) set is a product of Citizen Brick and isnot sponsored, authorised or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Some googling, and it looks like some fans created the first version of this earlier in the summer by mixing and matching other "sets". Citizen Brick decided to ride the wave, and market it.

That has to be the funniest web store I have seen in a long time. I like how all the characters are called "enthusiasts". I about fell out of my chair laughing at the "botany enthusiast".

Yep, right up there with the "paraphernalia"

Citizen Brick Premium Custom Minifigs And Bricks
Sometimes a minifig just wants to spend the day indoors, watching infomercials, and debating whether or not sharks dream (they do). Let your minifig just relax already with Citizen Brick's best-selling accessory. Call in sick to work at the bagel shop, Greg can handle it.

    And just for INGO:

Bacon, the King of Meats, captured for the first time in Lego form. We don't know what you could build with these, but we're sure it would be delicious.
