Actually, not LEGO at all:
Superlab Playset

They carry TONS of LEGO_compatible (but not LEGO endorsed) pieces. Some pretty neat stuff.....

Heck, the article I found on HuffPost spells it out:

The site is at pains to point out the $250 (£160) set is a product of Citizen Brick and isnot sponsored, authorised or endorsed by the LEGO Group.

Some googling, and it looks like some fans created the first version of this earlier in the summer by mixing and matching other "sets". Citizen Brick decided to ride the wave, and market it.
