Okay, I'm sure someone might judge me or whatever but here it is because i am honestly worried about it. I am up for a renewal on my LTCH here in about 8 months it expires. Anyway, I was still smoking pot up until about 2 years ago and i have a poss. of paraphernalia(pipe/bowl) in 2008 and 2010. They are both misdemeanors so yes i still have my permit but am I now not considered a proper person? If you read the code it says a "drug abuser" is someone who has 2 or more convictions in the passed 5 years of all sorts of things and paraphernalia falls into that. So when i renew my permit they will have to find me a proper person correct?
    Thanks for all your help.

I always just answered for that particular day. :pimp:

You'll probably be fine, but if not you can apply again in 2013 when the first charge will fall outside of the 5-year window.
