I saw that 13 Repubs voted yes. Had they voted No: The bill would have failed 31 No to 30 Yes.

Now would be a great time to be a criminal in NY State.
You'd have an automatic exemption from the hi-cap mag ban.
You wouldn't have to register your "assault weapons".
In fact you can ignore all of the firearm prohibitions because your job is to violate the Law.
Only in a Socialist State like NY can the Elected Officials pee on their Constituents and claim that they've done them a service.
