Picked this up at Bradis today... Yeah, it's been refinished, and the numbers don't match, but the bore looks like it's in good shape, and I just think it's darned purty!

Thanks! The bore cleaned up really nice, so I'm looking forward to seeing how she shoots.

I just received a new scope for my FAL and I think I've found a great set up! It's a 1-3x Weaver on a DSA mount on my Coonan assembled FAL with a 16" barrel. I had a 4-12 for testing and it was doing 1-1 1/2" groups at 100 yards! Cant ask for much more out of an FAL, especially a shorter barreled one! Anyways, a couple of pics of its current set up:

Here's my 15-22. Truglo red/green dot, MBUS, Timney 3# trigger, and a slidefire stock. Yes it works.

Civ Tactical AR-15, Spiral fluted stainless barrel, chambered in .223 Wylde. Blueprinted and lapped upper, Bushnell Trophy 3x9x50 and a RDP II green dot at 45 degrees on the Midwest industries free floated handguard. Sorry if the Magazine being loaded bothers anyone, I don't keep empty magazines around, lol.

Picked up my first Remington 700 today; chambered in 204. Really happy with this purchase. Hopefully take it out and put some rounds through it tomorrow. Should be a smooth shooter considering the weight of it. The club...er...I mean scope came with the gun. It's a Bushnell and has a 6-18 zoom. Appears to be older.

It used to be a long gun. Chinese SKS with a SGWorks kit. I still plan on changing the front grip and move it out to the barrel. Also still trying to figure out what I'm going to do for an optical. Might do a 3x9 or 4x12 scope and put a reflex at on a 45 degree. I have done the bolt mod and plan on cutting the barrel and haveing it threaded. I LOVE the feel of it so far. Now to get to the range.

Picked 'er up yesterday. Ordered from aimsurplus, picked up through BGF. Both were awesome to deal with.
It took me a few months of daily checking stock status, and finally getting lucky to catch them in stock. They were only in stock for a matter of a couple minutes.

Had been holding out for an 18".
