    Hi,

I’m looking to get into long-range shooting, but it seems that I lack some options of long-range shooting ranges, or just not having luck in my research. Anyone knows any in the area northwest of Indy?

In fact not the huge range distance. Anywhere with more than 500 yard really. But seriously I am always in a 100 yard range since it’s an easy drive, so maybe even beyond this I will look into the choices.

More than 500? I'm only aware of 1 range I've ever visited that had 600. (It was a private range and in Illinois.) They have to worry about trajectory, because it's very easy to shoot over the berm if you don't know what you're doing. No-one wants the liability on that...

Right. Totally understandable. Nobody wants the stray shots fly about in the corn fields

Briggs core dynamics has 600 yards. With intervals at 100, 200, 400 and then 600 and it is about 40 minutes north of Lafayette.

After that, Bass and Bucks that someone else posted already.

Then Proteq near Brazil gets out to 600 also.
