Looking for 5.56 / .223 ???

Those of you looking for 5.56 or .223 ammo. Check Cabelas online daily. I've been checking daily and found this morning Federal 5.56 in 20 ct boxes. Given the current insanity the price was really good at $ 9.99 each. Was able to purchase a bulk quantity. It was sold out within a couple hours.
It comes in and out of stock quickly but relatively frequently.

Gander Mountain in Castleton and Lafayette both have 5.56 Federal 64 GR Tracer in 20ct boxes for $ 12.99 and Independence 55 GR in 20 ct for $ 11.99

Wal-Mart's in Muncie, New Castle, or Anderson haven't had .223 in stock for a couple of weeks. If they get a case in, it is gone within an hour.

This is not a bad site to check for ammo; lists a lot of sites with ammo. As usual in this frenzey of buying a lot of sites they list have ammo available "backoderable".

I was just able to order a 100 round box of American Eagle .223 from gander mtn's website. You have to kinda search for it they don't list .223 as one of their ammo choices.

I went back after my order went through and it showed sold out shortly after that. I wonder if they had the ammuntion or just an issue with their website?
