Excluding the price premium, are the only real differences between the two the stampings, MBUS sights, MVG and handguard rail? I've tried looking on the Colt sites but was unable to readily locate any comparison info.

I'm thinking of adding an AR to my slowly expanding collection and already have a M&P15-22 MOE for general plinking.

I've read the So you want to buy an AR-15, huh? thread and know I have other choices but I'm more interested in buying complete instead of building one and would like to keep the price somewhere in the middle ground if possible. The LT6720-R seems like the closest in configuration to my existing 15-22 and that seems like a good thing to me.

In short, the LT6720-R is a TALO exclusive that features a Samson free-float quad rail forearm, Magpul MBUS sights, MOE pistol grip and RVG, and the Rogers Super Stock. The AR6720 is the basic gun that features standard furniture and the military-issue Matech BUIS.
