Looking to borrow/rent some blue guns to use in a late June training weekend

Buddy needs a CZ preferably, but a Glock will do. I need a 1911 Commander preferably, but any will do. Anybody in the Indy area able to help us out?

Using my Holmsian skills, I am going to say Mercops class.

Bingo. From the description it sounds like using my Airsoft as a blue gun won't work, and my buddy has neither.

That being said, I have a Glock 19/23 and a Sig 220 I could be convinced to part with for a couple days. I live on the west side.

I hope the implication is not that you would not have registered if you had not found the gear. I hope you were planning to do the class anyway.

I don't know how others feel about it, but not having a specific piece of gear should not stop you from training.

Well, speaking for myself I would have figured something else out - but it appears having a blue gun is a requirement (although not a specific blue gun), so yes, I would think that at least someone out there would say "nuts, I don't have a blue gun and I don't know how to get one, so I'm out".

Do Not let not having the gear keeping from attending. Part of training is also shaking gear out. You may find that things that look good don't work good.-George
