I know this dead horse has been beat to death many times, BUT I went to the Madison police dept. to inquire about applying for my LTCH. The policeman I talked to was very nice and talked me through the process. First he told me that the wait time was 15-17 months and if I wanted to cut that time go to http://www.in.gov and fill out an application and then told me where to go to get L1 fingerprinted. All's well-NOT. Went to the url he gave me and cannot find the application to fill out and submit online. Did a search on in.gov for LTCH and got about 900 medical sites. I have tried all these urls on INgo and still can't find the correct url. Can anyone help me?

15-17 MONTHS!? The wait time has skyrocketed lately but its not THAT long. you'll have 15-18 weeks to wait if you've got a clean record.
Sorry I meant weeks not months. I did finally get my app. filled out and an L! appt. made. That was the frustration. Posted my experience with it in another post because I could not find this post earlier today. Wasn't showing up. Now for the long wait. Thanks for the info. Appleseed looks like it would be fun.
